We are pleased to announce more than $8 million to 55 projects working to improve the health of Michigan children and seniors in communities across the state. The grants range in amounts from $100,000 to $500,000 and are split into two categories: Community Health Impact and Nutrition & Healthy Lifestyles. The Nutrition & Healthy Lifestyles program is one of the Health Fund’s proactive initiatives, and focuses on programs that support children.
